Pamela Kratzer's life-long desire has been to help others. When her marriage ended, she wondered what Life had in store for her as a  “single mom." Not one to embrace stereotypes, somehow she knew God would make a way.  She stands firm on the belief in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." 

Pamela has a BS in Business Management specializing in Human Resources. She shares her talents and expertise with her local church and her community providing mentoring and job search support to many. Her life’s purpose is to address the needs of women as they face challenges and seek to embrace their individual callings. Through her desire to empower woman, she founded Woman to Woman Ministry—“Nourishing the spirit of women through the Word of God”                                 

As a breast cancer survivor she  has remained faithful to God and her steadfast belief that it just wasn’t her time and that she had more work to do and life to experience. She won her fight with cancer. 

The Annual Conference for TARGETS - Healing Hurts and Birthing New Ministries, and the presence of God is welcomed! The event is non-denominational and features keynote speakers, music, and the Power of God. 

In Loving Memory: State Mother Eva Washington

 “I am a Woman who has been blessed to be surrounded by great Woman of God.  The greatest influence was my Mother Eva Washington, who went home to be with the Lord in March 2017.  I miss her tremendously but I feel her influence daily.  Her motto was "Im may be hopping but I not stopping! which simply means no matter the obstacles we may face we must continue to work for God and serve others.

She served God faithfully and had an impact on many lives.
